Amazing Grace

Grace…24 years ago…almost to the day, I was baptized as a believer in Jesus. That day I proclaimed to the world that I believe that Jesus is the messiah, the Son of the most high God of the universe. By His Grace He died for my sins (1 Peter 2:24).  By His Grace He adopted me as a child (Ephesians 1:5). By His Grace He died for me, even in the midst of my great sin. (Romans 5:8). After 24 short years of following Christ, I still can’t fathom His grace. Only one things is clear. The more I know Christ, the more I see my own wretchedness…and…the more I see my need for His favor.
