The video that I have posted below is from last year…Michael Graber from Southern Growth Studio sent this to me last summer and then I heard Daniel speak at the Leadership Summit at Willow Creek Community Church shortly after that. I really think that Daniel Pink is on to something with his studies and insights into what really motivates us. It is a video that is worthy of review as we head into 2011.
